Understand the bead first

Rudraksha is a seed commonly used in japa and devotional jewellery. Traditional mukhi counting describes the naturally occurring lines and surfaces of a bead. Different practices assign different symbolic meanings to different counts. No report of bead identity can establish a spiritual or medical outcome.

What can photographs show?

Ask for multiple clear views of the exact bead, its dimensions and its natural surface. Look for continuity in the grooves rather than relying on polished product renders. A seller should distinguish a particular physical bead from representative inventory photography. Where modification is suspected, a specialist examination is more useful than a home trick.

Why water and coin tricks are weak evidence

Floating, sinking, rotating or reacting near a coin can depend on many physical factors and is not a dependable universal proof of authenticity or mukhi structure. Do not base an expensive purchase on a social-media demonstration.

Using a report properly

Check the issuer, report number, specimen photograph, dimensions and exact findings. GJSPC advertises Rudraksha identification services and a report-check page. Read its current reporting scope, and do not assume geographical origin or every feature has been independently established just because the word “certified” appears.

Where custom choices fit

GemKrishna has a Rudraksha bracelet builder that describes mukhi selections, origin options, wrist sizing and laboratory documentation. Confirm your selected bead, report and finished configuration. The seller's descriptions should be independently checked where material accuracy matters.

Educational content. Traditional belief does not establish a medical treatment. Read reports only within their stated scope.
