Our mission

We aim to make unfamiliar subjects approachable, explain everyday questions clearly, and distinguish cultural tradition from verifiable scientific findings. We publish practical reading material rather than promise medical results.

How we work

We seek original sources, identify areas of uncertainty, and correct material errors. We may refer to external retailers, laboratories and publications when they help readers understand a topic. Those organisations do not become AYU4 by being mentioned.
